- The Mindful Sprint is a (roughly) weekly email brief on a practice to help you succeed. We know you’re busy, so it is a one-pager you can read in 2 minutes. No excuses!
- The Mindful Agility Podcast provides conversational audio episodes every 2 or 3 weeks. It’s usually under 25 minutes. Listen while commuting or working around the house.
- The Mindful Agility Youtube channel provides recorded courses and other videos when we get around to it.
