I love these podcasts. Always informative and interesting. They give me different perspectives to approach issues, and I have even changed my mind on topics due to an episode. Not only do I learn things, I absorb them. Now to listen to the Procrastination episode!
I’ve been reading [The Mindful Sprint] briefs in email—they work. Even when I’m in a flurry of activity with university work, they are short with punchlines and of interest and (sometimes immediate) use. Then I re-read later.
